Twice a week free bootcamp for everyone who works in the Schiphol area:- Tuesday at Schiphol Oost - Thursday at Schiphol CentrumWorking at a desk all day not only impacts our health, but also how we feel. A bit of exercise on a regular basis keeps the mind and body strong."Bootcamp" is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with elements of strength, maximum strength, fun and aerobics. A short and challenging workout in only 45 minutes.This is offered by Spot.
