The Spot Schiphol Community, an initiative by Schiphol Real Estate, brings the Schiphol area to life. Connecting employees from 450+ local companies, Spot offers opportunities for networking, collaboration, and growth through pop-up events, workshops, and meetups. Our mission is simple: make everyone feel at home at Schiphol. Join us and be part of the buzz!

Years ago, Spot started as an online forum for Schiphol employees. But we quickly realized: real connections happen in person. That’s why we’ve shifted our focus to creating unique spaces and inspiring events where people can truly connect. From transforming outdoor areas with art, food trucks, and pop-up parks to organizing events that spark spontaneous encounters, Spot brings the Schiphol community to life.
