Now it’s official: LOT61 Coffee Roasters is opening a pop-up at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Born in Sydney. Raised in Brooklyn. Roasting in Amsterdam.

Joining the daily rhythm of Schiphol life.

They’re here with what they do best: specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and smooth matcha—made with care, craft, and no shortcuts.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 05:30–10:30 and 15:00–18:00, on the first floor of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (via the covered airport walkway).
