Since recently, The Base D - a new tower connected with The Base at Schiphol CBD - is being leased. There is a huge demand for office space in the current complex. Hence, the decision was made to extend the current building.
After a period of intensive preparation, initial construction activity will take place after the summer. The Base D promises to be an exceptional office building at one of the most appealing locations in the Netherlands.
The Base D will consist of 4 floors of approximately 1,075 square meters each of lettable floor area. The approximately 1,445 square meters large ground floor boasts a spacious, representative entrance hall, a food and coffee corner and spaces with flexible lease options. In addition, approximately 111 parking spaces will be available in the underground car park.
The Base D will have a modern look with plenty of glass in its design. There will be balconies on all floors, creating additional outside areas. The area around the building will be designed to look like a park, providing the option to have lunch and work outdoors.
